This is the "final" version of the menu, but as always, a few minor things may change depending on the market tomorrow (as well as a few components left to finish).

Wow, what a nice menu. Had the privilege of creating a 5-course menu for 8 colleagues a month ago. But I have to admit, it was pretty hard work. Very impressive this extensive menu!
Definitely want to attend Lazy Bear underground restaurant in the future when I'm across the atlantic again :D
