Betty Joan, formerly an EatFoo author, has started a food blog of her very own, called Trouble With Toast. Most of the content there so far consists of her EatFoo stuff, but I'm sure she'll be posting plenty more soon about cooking and dining in (for now) the District of Columbia. Oh, and she also has up a new recipe for a pecan tart flavored with bourbon. I can say, from personal experience, that it was delicious, but that I recommend you skip the chocolate drizzle.
