Here's the scoop on Food & Wine Magazine's first-ever food photo contest!
Now through September 15, you can send them your best food photograph for a chance to win a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT camera kit (four runners-up will each get a copy of F&W's Best of the Best, Cocktails 2006 and Star Chefs on the Road books).

My sister is a photographer (unfortunately for her, the contest is amateur only) and takes beautiful food photos. It has nothing to do with the contest, really, but I thought I would link to her food portfolio online - maybe because she's my sister and I'm really proud of her. And maybe it'll spark an idea for someone who wants to enter the contest!

Aw man I think I see some tuna titaki in that group of photos, Cara. Yum! I also really like the "3 bowls" one.
