Living in Eugene, Oregon, I get a bit of good wine - particularly Pinot Noir because it grows very well here. Today I went to Art and the Vineyard. Since I moved here, I have loved the King Estate Pinot Noir. As I was tasting tonight, I felt that this love would not be surpassed, as each wine tasting would be followed with the statement, "Good, but not as good as King Estate." But alas, we may have found one better: Henry Estate. It's the perfect mix of...something. (I've never been good at identifying the particular flavors in wine - just identifying good versus bad). I also love the reserve Pinot Noir from Rainsong, but not the "regular" Pinot Noir. The Rainsong owner said they leave a bunch of "stuff" in with the reserve grapes for a while - it must make a difference, though I have no idea how.
Anyway, if you're into Pinot Noir at all, check these vineyards out. And if you have tried any of these and can explain the flavors or the processes a bit better than me, let me know.

Um...actually, I think it also includes animal products, but I didn't really want to say that on the blog - you know, and deter people from drinking otherwise really tasty wine.

What chance is there that theres some poop in there? I mean, after all, you are a big fan of the poop.
